Paul Woodrow-Hill
My viticultural career began in 1987 at Denbies and during my tenure the vineyard expanded from 40 to 250 acres. Fuelled by a passion for wine, I pursued formal education at Plumpton College earning an HND in Wine Studies with distinction and furthered my expertise with a BSc (Hons) in Wine Science alongside the WSET Diploma.
In 2001, I founded a vineyard management and consultancy business, which lead to a role as Vineyard Manager at Nyetimber, overseeing the growth of their estate from 35 to 400 acres, helping to establish it as one of the top UK sparkling wine producers.
Since 2011, I have focused on delivering high-quality consultancy and management services to grape growers nationwide. With over 35 years of experience, I provide expert guidance to help vineyards thrive in this ever growing and dynamic sector.
