Vignetinox Vineyard Trellis Materials
Engineered for strength, durability, and compatibility with modern mechanised vineyard operations.
Vineyard Posts
Vignetinox vineyard posts deliver long-term structural stability across all common training systems. Developed through a combination of agronomic expertise and technical engineering, each post profile offers strength, precision, and adaptability.
Posts can be manufactured in hot-dip galvanised, Corten, or stainless steel, allowing you to specify the most suitable material for your exact site conditions, soil type, and longevity requirements. Overall, these posts support mechanisation while reducing maintenance and labour input over the life of your vineyard.
Vineyard Wire
Backed by over sixty years of steel processing expertise, Vignetinox vineyard wire is produced in high-tensile stainless steel or C-type (Cor-ten) steel, with no zinc coating. This eliminates the risk of coating degradation over time and ensures consistent performance throughout the lifespan of the vineyard, while offering a balance of strength, elasticity, and durability.
Notably, its low elongation significantly reduces the need for re-tensioning. This lowers ongoing maintenance requirements and helps deliver long-term cost efficiency, performing reliably in harsh climates and under modern management demands.
Vineyard Accessories
A range of Vignetinox accessories can be used to streamline installation and reduce labour demands throughout the vineyard. From stake clips and spacers to shock absorbers and specialist fittings, each component can be custom-made to fit any trellis or training system, ensuring full compatibility with both traditional and modern vineyard designs.
When used together in a complete integrated system, these components contribute to greater efficiency, durability, and long-term sustainability.
